On May 8, 2025, Sportsmen for the Boundary Waters, Minnesota Backcountry Hunters & Anglers, Save the Boundary Waters, Trust for Public Lands, Minnesota Conservation Federation, Audubon Society, Minnesota Trout Unlimited, National Parks Conservation Association, and Voyageurs Conservancy will gather at the Minnesota Capitol to rally for public lands and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Don’t miss this chance to be a part of an event that shows the unity and strength of the outdoor community! 

The time is NOW! Join us on May 8th from 3 PM – 5 PM at the Minnesota State Capitol to rally for the Boundary Waters and public lands everywhere! The threats are real, and time is running out to make our voices heard.

The rally will be emceed starting at 4 pm by Outdoor News publisher and co-owner Rob Drieslein, with featured speakers U.S. Senator Tina Smith, Mark Kenyon—host of MeatEater’s Wired to Hunt podcast and author of That Wild Country, Tony Jones, author of The God of Wild Places and host of The Reverend Hunter podcast, and Ingrid Lyons, Executive Director, Save the Boundary Waters. Meet the leaders of your local conservation groups, create your public lands sign at our rally sign station, and enjoy the after-party at Dual Citizen Brewing starting at 5:30 PM!

The after-event will feature more speakers, informational tables from the participating organizations, prizes & giveaways, plus food from Las Twins Mexican Cuisine, and of course, great beer.
