Give Through Stocks, Bonds, or Mutual Funds: Donating appreciated securities, including stock, bonds, and mutual funds, directly to SFBW is a great way to support our mission to protect the Boundary Waters.
IRA Charitable Rollover: The IRA charitable rollover allows taxpayers to make tax-free charitable gifts directly from their Individual Retirement Accounts to eligible charities. If you have an IRA and are 70 1/2 years old or older you can contribute through an IRA Charitable Rollover. With an IRA Charitable Rollover, you can give up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to Sportsmen for the Boundary Waters without having to pay the federal income tax that would otherwise be owed.
